BrianBrian Komoto, PharmD

Chief Executive Officer

Brian Komoto, PharmD is the CEO and co-founder of Komoto Healthcare. Dr. Komoto's business philosophy focuses on win-win solutions and providing value to customers and patients. He has extensive experience in developing drug formularies, step therapy protocols, and disease management programs.

Born and raised in the Central Valley, he understands the challenges and needs of his patients. Dr. Komoto strongly believes in giving back to the community and profession by contributing his experience to address healthcare challenges. Dr. Komoto received his PharmD from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) in 1981 and was honored with the UCSF Distinguished Alumnus Award for 2012. In 2013, he was awarded Pharmacist of the Year by the California Pharmacists Association.


MaryMary Komoto

Chief Financial Officer & Chief Human Resources Officer

Mary Komoto is the co-founder of Komoto Healthcare.  With decades of operational and managerial experience, Mary understands what it takes to build a winning team of employees who not only do their jobs well, but also enjoy working with one another.  Critical traits she values include a positive attitude and a focus on the company objective of providing excellent patient care. 

Mary oversees accounting and finance operations, offering broad management, internal control and strategic advice to management.  Mary holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.


BillBill Redman

VP of Business Development

Bill Redman is Vice President of Business Development for Komoto Healthcare.  Bill has been with the organization for eight years and brings twenty-five years of expertise and vision for healthcare.

In addition to his prior role as Vice President of Marketing, Bill has extensive experience with operations in home health, home infusion pharmacy, hospice care, hepatitis C clinics and nurse case management.  Bill received his BA in psychology from Lewis University.


KevinKevin Komoto, PharmD, MBA
VP, Pharmacy Development

Kevin Komoto serves as Vice President of Pharmacy Development, overseeing the development and implementation of the company’s clinical programs. As healthcare continues to evolve, he aspires to create healthcare models which improve patients’ health, integrate providers, and decrease healthcare costs.

Prior to his role on the Komoto Healthcare leadership team, Dr. Komoto completed a residency with Kaiser Permanente, specializing in national supply chain, contracting, logistics, and drug information. Dr. Komoto received his PharmD and MBA from the University of the Pacific in 2008 and 2009, respectively.


DanielleDanielle Colayco, PharmD, MS

Director of Health Outcomes & Value Strategy

Danielle Colayco is the Director of Health Outcomes & Value Strategy.  She leads the design, development, and execution of outcomes research strategies that provide data and support the value story for clinical programs. 

Prior to her role at Komoto Healthcare, Dr. Colayco worked for Allergan’s Global Health Outcomes Strategy & Research department, where she led health outcomes research activities to support regulatory, reimbursement, and brand initiatives for four product indications in the urology portfolio. 

 Dr. Colayco received her PharmD from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2008, then continued with USC and Takeda Pharmaceuticals to complete an MS fellowship in Pharmaceutical Economics & Policy in 2010.  Her key publications can be found in Diabetes Care 2011, Advances in Urology 2012, Journal of Urology (2012), Value in Health (2013), Clinical Therapeutics (2013), and BJU Int (2014).


KerryKerry Komoto

VP of Pharmacy Operations, Komoto Pharmacy

Kerry Komoto is the VP of Operations at Komoto Pharmacy.  For over 14 years, Kerry has managed the business operations and ensured the highest level of service for patients and customers of the pharmacy.

Born into a retail environment, Kerry learned from the ground up the aspects of running a business, having successfully co-managed his family’s business for 10 years, as well as running the audio/visual department for a large electronics retailer. Through these experiences, Kerry developed valuable communication skills to become an effective leader in business management.  Kerry received his BA in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward.


EricEric White, PharmD

VP of Pharmacy Operations, Integrated Care Systems

Eric White is Vice President of Operations for Integrated Care Systems.  With over 20 years of home infusion experience, Dr. White has applied his clinical, marketing, and business development skills with both national and regional home infusion providers.  He is passionate about patient care and understands the dynamics of healthcare in rural communities.  Dr. White received his PharmD from University of Pacific (UOP) in 1991.
